How to Make Crack Chicken Casserole

Making this casserole is super easy! All you need to do is mix your ingredients in a large bowl until the chicken and potatoes are well coated. Then, just add the mixture to a casserole dish and bake.

The chicken is the only ingredient that might take a little time, but I always recommend my All Purpose Slow Cooker Chicken. I usually cook it on Sunday or Monday so it’s ready for the week, depending on the recipes I’m preparing.

If you’d rather skip that step, a great alternative is to use a rotisserie chicken. It’s a fast way to get cooked chicken and you can easily shred it.

Ingredient Notes:

  • Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
  • Sour Cream
  • Cream of Chicken Soup
  • Melted Butter
  • Ranch Seasoning
  • Cooked Chicken – See my All Purpose Slow Cooker Chicken recipe above
  • Cooked Bacon – Try my Air Fryer Bacon or my Perfect Oven Cooked Bacon recipes
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
