For some banks, you will receive your BVN through SMS and email.
This doesn’t come for free, but rather attracts a fee of N20, that is before you dial the code, you must ensure that you have at least N20 in your bank account.
Very important: This must be done on the number registered with your bank account.
How to Check your GTB BVN Online
You can do this without the phone number registered to your account.
You can retrieve your BVN through the GTB mobile banking app. It requires registration and also an internet connection.
Firstly, download your bank mobile app and follow the registration process. After you’re done with the registration, sign in using your mobile banking details.
To check your BVN number, go to the menu on the mobile app. It is written at the bottom.
