(Solution) How to Pay for Zoom in Nigeria

This page has a solution for Nigerians who have struggled to upgrade their plan on Zoom. The problem arises when trying to use bank cards without any success. The next available payment method is PayPal. Unfortunately, not many people have a PayPal account in Nigeria and as a matter of fact, Nigerian PayPal comes with limitations.

But! I have a solution. To be clear, I’m going to show the steps involved in upgrading your plan on Zoom. And for this guide, I’m subscribing to the basic Personal plan. You can view the plan available on Zoom here.

How to Pay for Zoom in Nigeria

Step 1. Log into your Zoom account.

Step 2. Look to the top-right corner and tap on the 2 parallel lines.

Step 3. Tap on “Plans and Pricing”

Step 4. Select Personal or Business (I selected Personal for this guide).

Step 5. Select the number of people you want to host and proceed.

Step 6. You can add any add-ons available in my case I selected the 30GB cloud storage which cost an additional $10.

Step 7. Get to the payment page and select PayPal which is the middle option.

Step 8. The next page shows you a page to log in to PayPal. Do that if you have a PayPal account. (Check below if you don’t have a PayPal account)
